Introduction
RCA Job Search has many enhancements to help you find the jobs that match your criteria. In a tight job market, job seekers want to be informed of new positions and opportunities, real-time. Our personal Search Agents work around the clock and automatically e-mail job seekers when a new posting that matches their criteria is posted on RecruitAsia Job Board. RecruitAsia lets you create unlimited “search agents” so that you can maximize your search opportunities.

Searching Jobs
RCA Tip: Clearly, the fastest way to search for a job will be Quick Search. However, if you want your search to be more specific, Advanced Search will provide you with better results.

RCA Job Search is categorized into two types:
        + Basic Search, namely Jobs by Industry, Job Category, Company and Quick Search
        + Advanced Search



Searching Jobs by Industry

From www.recruitasia.com,

Scroll down to Jobs by Industry Search Box as shown on left.
2.- Select the industry you wish to search jobs in.
3.- All jobs under the industry you have selected will be listed. To view full details of each job, click the link corresponding to the job position.






Searching Jobs by Job Category

1.- Scroll down to Jobs by Job Category Search Box as shown on left.
2.- Select the job category you wish to search jobs in.
3.- All jobs under the job category you have selected will be listed. To view full details of each job, click the link corresponding to the job position.

Searching Jobs
Searching Jobs by Company

Scroll down to More Search Options Box, as shown on the left.

Select By Company.
3.- Enter the name of the company you wish to search jobs in.
4.- All jobs posted by the company you have selected will be listed. To view full details of each job, click the link corresponding to the job position.

Searching Jobs by Quick Apply

1.- Scroll to Jobs by Quick Apply Search Box as shown below.

2.- Enter keywords in the Keyword text box. Keywords can be Job Titles and Job Descriptions and will be used to search for Jobs containing those words in their Descriptions. By typing in various keywords, you will maximize your chances of retrieving Jobs that most accurately match your search. Examples include programmer, truck driver, sales, telecommunications, human resources, marketing, cashier, automotive, etc.
3.- Select City and Job Category. Leave blank if you have no preference.
4.- Click Click here to Search Jobs.
5.- Jobs which meet your criteria will be listed. To view full details of each job, click the link corresponding to the job position.

Saving a Search

RCA Tips: Save your job search so that you can use the search criteria later.

1.- Login to your RCA Jobseeker account.
2.-
Search for jobs using Job Search.
3.- A list of jobs that match your search criteria will be displayed.
4.- Click Save this Search on the top right of the page.
5.-
Refine your search criteria, if needed. Click Save Change.
6.- Your Job Search is now saved in your Search Folder for future use.


Viewing a Saved Search
RCA Tips: Save your job search so that you can use the search criteria later. 1.- Login to your RCA Jobseeker account.

Click the Saved Searches link on the left. This will bring you to a list of your saved job searches.
3.- To view a saved search, click corresponding to the saved search.
4.- To re-use this saved search to search for a job, click the title of the saved search. To delete, click corresponding to the saved search.

Creating A Search Agent
RCA Tips: Creating a Search Job Agent enables you to be notified of jobs that match your requirements automatically whenever a new job is posted. You can create as many search agents as you like. If you create a Search Job Agent, RCA will send a Job Matching Accuracy mail to you weekly. 1.- Login to your RCA Jobseeker account.

To create a Search Agent, select Saved Agents on the left > Create a Search Agent on the top right.
3.- Enter your search criteria.
4.- Click Save Change when you are done.
5.- To create more search agents, repeat setp 2 to 4. Otherwise, just sit back and wait to be notified of new job postings that meet your criteria.

Editing A Search Agent
  1.- Login to your RCA Jobseeker account.
2.-
Select Saved Agents on the left. You will be able to see a list of your saved search agents.
3.- To edit a search agent, click on the title of the Search Agent.
4.- After you are done, click Save Change. This will direct you to your Saved Agents page.

Deactivating A Search Agent
  1.- Login to your RCA Jobseeker account.
2.-
Select Saved Agents on the left. You will be able to see a list of your saved search agents.
3.- To de-activate the agent, click Yes under the “Activate” column.
