Cover Letter Manager

Introduction
RecruitAsia lets you create and store cover letters in your account so that you can instantly “attach and send” to your prospective employers.

In this lesson, you will learn how to:
     + Create a Cover Letter
     + Edit and delete a Cover Letter
    
Creating your Cover Letter
RCA Tip: You can create and store as many cover letters as you want. Remember to name your cover letters so that you know which cover letter is for what. RecruitAsia lets you create up to FIVE resumes. However, only ONE default resume can be searchable and viewable by recruiters at any one time. You have the option to set the default resume. Refer to “Setting your Default Resume” on how to do it.

1.-
Login to your RCA Jobseeker account.
2.- To create a new cover letter, click the Cover Letter Manager link on the left > Create Cover Letter.
3.- Enter title and content of the cover letter.
4.- Click Save to save cover letter.
5.- To create more cover letters, repeat step 2 to 4.

Editing your Cover Letter
RCA Tip: Copying a cover letter is helpful when you want to create and store a cover letter that is almost similar with one of your saved cover letters, with some minor content adjustments. 1.- Login to your RCA Jobseeker account.

To edit your cover letter, click Edit Cover Letters at the bottom.
3.- You will see a list of cover letters you have created and saved. You can copy, edit and delete your cover letters.
4.- To edit your cover letter, click the Edit link corresponding to the cover letter.
5.- Edit your cover letter and click Save Change once you are done with editing.
