Posting a Job
1.- Login to your RCA employer account.
2.- Click Post a Job on the left.
3.- Enter your job and contact information, job
location, job Details and choose a template for your job posting.
Once is completed, click Continue.
4.- A preview page will appear. Scroll down your
Job Description in order to allow the jobseeker to understand your
requirements better. Upon completion, click Confirm.
5.- Your job is immediately posted to RecruitAsia
Job Board.
Please note: Unlike many online job boards that
do not allow you to reuse your job postings, RecruitAsia offers
the concept of re-usable job slots. Re-usable job slots allow you
to replace your job postings with another at any time at no additional
charge. This means that with an RCA job slot which last for 30 days,
your job postings can be edited according to your needs.
Viewing your Job
1.- Login to your RCA employer account Login.
2.- Select Job List on the left.
3.- A list of jobs posted by you will appear. Select
the job you want the view and click
to view the job. If you have many jobs, you can enter the Job Title
at the top and click Search.
4.- A pop-up window comprising full details of
the job will appear. To close the window after viewing, click Close
at the bottom.
Editing a Job
1.- Login to your RCA employer account.
2.- Click Job List on the left.
3.- A list of jobs posted by you will appear. Select
the job you want the edit and click
to edit the job. If you have many jobs, you can enter the Job Title
at the top and click Search.
4.- An “Edit Job Information/ Edit Job Description”
page will appear. Edit the information you wish to edit and click
Submit upon completion.
5.- Confirm that the changes entered by you are
correct. To amend, click Back. Otherwise, click
Save to save the changes.
Please note: RecruitAsia lets you refresh the
dates of your job posting at no additional charge. When you edit
a job posting, RecruitAsia automatically refreshes the date of posting
to the most current date. A job posting with a recent date indicates
to jobseekers that the position is still available and provides
you with a continuous flow of resume submissions.
Posting an Expired Job
1.- Login to your RCA employer account.
2.- Click Job Expired on the left.
3.- A list of Expired Job will be displayed. Find
the job you want to copy/re-post and click on
to copy previous job to re-post again.
4.- A “Post A Job” page will be shown.
You can update the information as you wish. Once is completed, click
Continue.
5.- A preview page will appear. You can update
your Job Description at the bottom in order to
allow the jobseekers to understand your requirements better. Upon
completion, click Confirm to post the job.
6.- Your job is immediately posted to RecruitAsia
Job Board.
Checking your Job Responses
1.- Login to your RCA employer account
2.- Click Job Responses on the
left.
3.- A “Job Responses” page will appear.
To view candidate, click Total Responses/Unread.
4.- A list of candidates will appear. To view full
resume, click on the Candidate’s Name.
5.- To view cover letter, click on the Position
that they are applying for.
Checking your Job Balance
1.- Login to your RCA employer account.
2.- Click on Job Manager at the top.
3.- To check job balance, click on Details below
the Job Posting and Viewing Balance.
4.- A Statistic Report will appear. You are able
to view the Total Job Purchased, Expired Job, Deleted Job, Job Posted
and Job Posting Available.
