ABOUT IRIS PEH
Iris Peh is a Divisonal Manager with John Hancock. She has more than 20 Years experience in the insurance industry. She was graduated with a Bacholor Business of Financial Planning degree.Currently she is responsible for an agency with a total force of 22 agents, including one sales manager and one agency development officer. Her agency has been established since 1990, and her team has set for themselves the mission to lead and guide each and every one of their associates towards excellence in their families achieve a higher standard of living and enjoy the agency is totally dependent on the success of her associates, so she embraces the philosophy, "prosper thy agents".
In order to realize their mission, Iris aims to develop and support all of her associates to attain respectable company and industry honours within the second calendar year of their career. In her favour is the fact that all her associates are well-trained professionals, who are absolutely componetent in their job.
