Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions are applicable to Members seeking job candidates or locating job opportunities via RecruitAsia.com. 1. Fees (Applicable to Corporate Member Only) Subscription for job posting or resume search shall be confirmed in
writing via the Subscription form. The member shall not allow any person
other than the authorised person(s) named in the application form to use
the Service. 2. Member's Obligations The
Member shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of all information
retrieved, stored and transmitted through the Service by him and the
maintenance of confidentiality of the Member's password, user ID and all
activities and transmission performed by the Member through his user ID.
3. Termination / Suspension of Service RecruitAsia.com may terminate this Agreement and remove/suspend the
Member's posting with immediate effect if in its opinion, the Member has
breached any of the warranties set out in the terms or conditions of this
Agreement and if it is not in the public interest to continue providing
the Services to the Member for any reason; 4. Disclaimer Whilst
every care is taken in the provision of the Service, RecruitAsia.com shall
not be liable for any loss of information howsoever caused whether as a
result of any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service or
otherwise, or for the contents, accuracy or quality of information
available, received or transmitted through the Service.
5. Use of Data The
Member hereby agrees and irrevocably authorise RecruitAsia.com to use any
data and information supplied by the Member in connection with this
Agreement for the Site's marketing purposes and business purposes and
retain such data and information in its records and databases. 6. Confidentiality RecruitAsia.com shall maintain the confidentiality of information submitted by individuals seeking employment and employers and recruiters seeking job candidates, as described in RecruitAsia.com's Privacy Policy. 7. Indemnity The Member shall indemnify and hold harmless RecruitAsia.com at all times against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, expenses, demands, liabilities, losses and damages whatsoever including without limitation for defamation, infringement of intellectual property rights, death, bodily injury, property damage or pecuniary losses howsoever arising which RecruitAsia.com may sustain, incur, suffer or pay arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service by the Member or any act or omission of the Member. 8. Amendment of terms and conditions RecruitAsia.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions contained herein and in the applicable Subscription Form from time to time. A member's continued use of the Services following the amendments constitutes an affirmation and acknowledgement of the amended terms and conditions and also constitute an agreement by the member to abide and continue to be bound by the amended terms and conditions. 9. Modification to Service RecruitAsia.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Save for paid service, a pro-rated refund shall be effected for the remaining unused period. RecruitAsia.com shall not be liable to the Member or any third party should it exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. 10. Assignment The rights and obligations under this Agreement shall not be capable of assignment by the Member without the prior written consent in writing of RecruitAsia.com. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The above terms and conditions is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the Member and RecruitAsia.com hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
